My name is Samantha and here I am trying to figure out what to say about myself. Well, I lean towards progressive Christianity, I love nature, reading and seeking out those who are called ‘heretics.’ I find their stories fascinating, especially if they challenge the status quo. I am a Confirmed Christian. Before I was a Christian I walked a very green, nature-based path. I am intrigued by how people think and I am known for asking questions. I think Nadia Bolz Weber is amazing and I am a fan of Saviour Machine.

I am learning via some courses, Meditation and Spiritual Life Coaching. I have also started a course via OBOD (Order of Bards, Ovates and Druids) at the Bardic grade where I will study up until the end of the Bardic course. I hope to reclaim my love of nature and stewardship of the earth, as well as practising poetry and writing skills with this course. I have Bipolar disorder as well as a whole other range of medical problems. However, I do not let them hold me back. God has richly blessed me with a son, Paul. I have also been married to my husband Barry for 7 years. However, I met him over 20 years ago! I live at home with them and a small, slightly terrifying female cat called Noah. She has to be the only cat in the world who hates catnip.

I hope this blog reaches out to people and shows the love of God for all.

There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear, because fear has to do with punishment. The one who fears is not made perfect in love. (1 John 4:18)
